The folks at Brazzeal have always been trustworthy. One time I had an issue and Brazzeal looked up the issue found there was a warranty coverage and printed paperwork as proof to take to Honda for free service. They did this as a courtesy and said just use us in the future. They care about building relationships and I have never felt taken advantage of. If there is extra things recommended for the car when I take it in for service it is handled via text and web where you don't have to have an awkward conversation if you don't want to. It was pretty pricey for 2 tires. Costing about 400$. Communication was pretty bad seemed like they didn’t want to talk at all or explain anything but otherwise it was fine. will recommend if you have the funds and don’t like to talk much Service: Tires

Was at another shop that said I needed my engine replaced and all this other stuff so I brought it to Brazzeal to get another opinion and the next day they fixed my car at a reasonable price.
