Brazzeal Automotive came to my rescue immediately after effectively getting ghosted by a negligent business. I had gone to for a "quick, 10-minute" oil change (I won't give their full name but... Take that, 5!) and was left in a dangerous predicament: stranded on the side of I-275 on the Howard Franklin Bridge waiting to see if I was going to be sent a tow or a mobile mechanic to fix my Jeep after they had forgotten to replace the engine coolant reservoir cap before sending me out, telling me I was good to go. I never got the tow nor even anyone who seemed to care that what I was now dealing with was because of their mistake. I was just told to save any receipts because I could probably get reimbursed for the tow or whatever damage to my engine that might have been incurred and someone would reach out to me in 5-7 business days. Probably?! 5-7 business days?! Bad way to run a business! Brazzeal to the rescue! I am coming back to them for all my future automotive needs. They helped me over the phone with advice and, once I was able to get my vehicle off the bridge and to their West Kennedy Blvd. location, they took me in right away . Everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional, offered exceptional communication, and mapped out everything that was needed to be done, how much it would cost, and when it would be ready. It was all done in an easy going, friendly manner, immediately put me at ease after my earlier ordeal. There was no hassle, no trying to up-sell me on things or services I didn't need. They have my gratitude, my way business, and my respect. Thanks for everything!
