Very pleased with the customer service with Logan. An oil change store stated i needed to replace my front brakes. Needing a reliable and trustworthy auto mechanic shop since our usual recently closed down, i went to Brazzeal. We had been there before but stayed with our usual until now. They performed a brake inspection and told me my brakes are good for now, and at least a year more. I appreciated the up-frontness. I let them know we have 3 other cars in our household and look forward to having Brazzeal as our goto car mechanic in South Tampa. Thank you.

The people working there were friendly, helpful, and honest. They isolated the problem and even took it for a test drive. I was even offered help with my Uber App. The price was less than I expected. Highly recommend.

Best experience at Brazzeal Auto! Our friends/neighbors highly recommended them, and we cannot be more thankful. We were in a tight spot with our truck overheating and needed to use it to pick our kids up half way across the state in less than 72 hours. John and Chris were friendly, informative, and helpful, let us know exactly what to expect and delivered on time and for less than the estimate. Highly recommend! Came in for a tire issue, my problem was handled quickly, I was sent an invoice to pay and my keys were put in a lock box for pick up at my convenience. No need to interrupt my work or feel pressured to return before closing. This was my favorite part. Great customer service and timely auto repair. I will definitely be back! Thank you.
