My car’s water pump went and bc of where it is on my car not a lot of people wouldn’t work on it. But Logan over at Brazzeal auto helped me out significantly! Honest people. No surprise costs. Worked on it in a quick time frame. So happy I went with them!

My husband and i have been coming here for years and each visit is better than the last. I had a nail in my tire, stopped in and they were able to patch my tire within 30 minutes! AMAZING! So nice and honest. They did not try to sell me something i did not need. This service and company is for real! Thank you. Marilyn

Had to come back three times to get repair done

Hi Charles — thank you for the 4-star review and for giving us the chance to help with your wiper issue. We’re sorry for the inconvenience of multiple visits. Since you stopped by without an appointment the first day and weren’t able to leave the vehicle with us, we scheduled you back the next day to properly diagnose the issue. After confirming the wiper motor was needed, we ordered the part and had you back in to install it once it arrived. They took me in right away, explained things well, answered my questions well and provided a very hospitable environment for me to wait in- complete with good coffee, snacks, a stocked mini frig and a clean, decorated bathroom.

After the original repairs, I found an oil leak in which they found and repaired. They could have lied and told me it was a rear main seal or something else I wouldn’t have known but they were honest and made the repair under warranty. I also jammed my 4 wheel drive shifter gear not allowing my bronco to get into driving gear and they repaired it and didn’t charge me Identify. I thought I had damaged the transmission. I trust this company to work on my vehicles without a second thought. Keep up the great work

I recently had my car engine replaced at Brazzeal Automotive, and couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. They were recommended to me by someone I trust, and I’m so glad I followed their recommendation. I had to file an insurance claim for the replacement, and Brazzeal Automotive handled all communication with my insurance company quickly and professionally. Their responsiveness made a difficult situation much less stressful. They kept me updated throughout the process, were incredibly supportive, and did the replacement in a very timely manner. My car is running great now and this is the only shop I’ll take my car to moving forward. I highly recommend Brazzeal Automotive and a shout out to John for his excellent customer service!!!,

Fantastic service. Logan helped me resolve a maintance issue created by my dealership. The whole Brazzeal team worked together to provided the best service for very fair price. Qualified mechanics going nice and beyond are few and far between these days. I had such a good experience as soon as I picked up my jeep I dropped off my wife’s Mercedes for routine service.
