6 stars if I could. Brought in our Porsche Cayenne S (4.8L) for A/C diagnostics/ repair, valve cover gaskets, and an oil change. The team at Brazzeal was able to find the A/C leak that another specialized shop was not able to locate, and thus avoided a dreaded evap replacement, which usually requires removing the dash. Brazzeal's diagnostic report with photos provides clarity with pricing and peace of mind for current and future servicing. Their report was able to identify a valve cover leak, which ended up being an opportune time to include with the oil change. The team is also aware of specific nuances associated with servicing these 4.8s, such as the specific oil replacement level to prevent overfilling and damaging the engine. Brazzeal has saved us and our family thousands across several vehicles by being able to identify what actually needs servicing/replacing compared to broad quotes elsewhere. Their shop is extremely clean as well. Highly recommend. We will be returning to Brazzeal for all our future vehicle needs.

Called ahead to confirm they repair flat tires, and was told yes. Drove 15 minutes to their location for a slow leak. I clearly explained that I had already attempted a temporary fix and that the tire likely needed an internal patch. However, upon arrival, service was refused due to liability concerns. This could have been communicated over the phone and would have saved me the trip. Ended up wasting about 30 minutes for nothing. Disappointing experience.

Everything went well during my first visit. Logan kept me informed of everything going on. They diagnosed my issue which I thought was a blown bulb, but they found out it was a connection issue. If they weren’t honest they could have charged me for a light because I really had no idea. I will be returning because it’s hard to find honest automotive shops.

I appreciate the call back regarding my low tire pressure. I also scheduled in an oil change. This is the first time I have not gone to my dealership for these services. I was very satisfied with the TPMS inspection. The service was excellent and saved me time from driving to my dealership and having to wait a longer time to get these services completed. Thank you
