Great place with a family touch and a waiting lounge like a car dealership. I really enjoyed my fast, overnight tire delivery. As well as, next day service at a better price, and knowledge on my product, than a few of the other big brands. Keep it simple, keep it small, and give back to the community. I will be back and a big shout out to Logan for his assistance and prioritizing my needs.

Very satisfied with the work I received from Brazzeal. I've been looking for auto shop to take care of my 24 year old VW Jetta and I will be returning to Brazzeal when further work is needed.

Fixed the issue that the Ford dealership could not.

My alternator had failed on me, and I miraculously, was able to pull into Brazzeals automotive shop not knowing they were a body shop. I had walked in shortly after and the first thing they told me was they could look at it first thing tomorrow morning which is what happened I have never been to the shop before and care a lot about my car so I was very hesitant to do so. They immediately assured me that my car was in good hands with their immediate feedback on what they were doing with the car hour by hour with detailed pictures and options on how I would like to go about fixing the car an what might need attention. Overall very professional and would highly recommend to anyone else who wants their car in good care I can guarantee you I will be bringing my car back if it needs attention.

Brazzeal is great. Everyone was professional, prices reasonable and will definitely be using their services again.

I have been to this shop twice. They did replace two of my tires for a decent price a couple months ago, but said I needed to get my brakes replaced. They wanted to charge around $1600 for that, but I found a place to get the brake job for $500 less than Brazzeal quoted. Because Brazzeal is so close to where I live, I went to them a few days ago to get a quote on my A/C. They quoted me almost $4000 (!!) for a full replacement of my A/C system, condenser, compressor, fans, etc. I told them I wanted to get a second opinion at which point they charged me a $175 diagnostic and they drained my freon for a leak test in 90 degree heat without telling me that they wouldn't refill it if there was a leak. Needless to say, I took my car straight to another shop and they're going to fix my AC system for $1500! I won't be using Brazzeal again. Nice people but way overpriced.
