Got a nail in my tire this morning while driving from Tampa to St Petersburg ( getting medical equipment to Bayfront Hospital). Barely made it to Brazzeal Automotive. Long story short, those people completely understood my case of emergency and took my car in right away.. After careful tire examination, they were able to patch a hole in it and I was ready to go. We have used Brazzeal for years. They are super professional and polite. They really have our best interest in mind. They don’t up sell or pressure us at all. I love the system they use to send us pictures and descriptions of the work required. We can then pick and choose what work gets performed. We trust them and have never been disappointed. My car's check low tire pressure message came on. Last time I ignored it my tire blew out on the highway. I called Brazzeal after being told by another tire store to leave the car, they'd get to it "sometime." Brazzeal's service man (Captain) answered my call and said he'd check the tires right away. True to his word, he put air in four low tires and sent me on my way. Brazzeal had excellent on-line reviews, and here is one more. Thanks, Captain.
