Brazzeal provided exemplary customer service from start to finish. I was so happy they were able to fix my flat tire the day I called for an appointment. Other local companies had no availability for several days. Recommendation was made to replace 2 tires, which I knew would be needed at some point this year, but there was no pressure to do the work that day at Brazzeal.

These guys are high tech and service oriented. Just gaze at all the computer monitors in the front and also notice they are all over the back as well. You can see where you are in the rotation and the place is comfortable to wait in. My car took no time and i was out in a half hour. I blew a tire. But i left very impressed with this company and will return although I live across the pond.
