I just need a tire repair. The check in staff was great and I feel bad that I don't remember the women that checked me in. The mechanic was great that fixed my tire. They filled up all 4 and I guess he readjusted my driver side light cause it was working when I left. Thanks guys. I would differently use your service again.

These folks explain what needs to be done PER OWNERS MANUAL for your individual vehicle. It's up to the owner, should that person choose to fix the current or forthcoming maintenance requirements per owners manual. No pressure. Honest. Clean waiting area. Our vehicle is an 2017 Acura RDX. Next maintenance coming up will be roughly $1000.00 less than dealers quote

Took my Camaro to tampa for a concert and Some debris on highway took out a transmission line that runs to my cooler. Took car to A Firestone and they couldn't help me actually said we dont touch transmission related things, said we dont have any one skilled enough for that. I found another shop about a block away where Chris and the guys at Braazzeal Automotive said no problem gave me a quote and time frame and I gave them the go ahead and they repaired my line and repositioned it so it wouldn't happen again. Even finished an hour early. The waiting area was terrific comfortable seats,Huge Tv with remote, Free varies flavors of coffees , snacks, Gatorade and water. Making the wait the best easiest I've had at a service shop. The level of customer service is amazing and not something you see to much today. They checked out my car made sure it was safe and didn't upsell any unnecessary service I didn't need. Will definitely use these guys again and recommend to all.

6 stars if I could. Brought in our Porsche Cayenne S (4.8L) for A/C diagnostics/ repair, valve cover gaskets, and an oil change. The team at Brazzeal was able to find the A/C leak that another specialized shop was not able to locate, and thus avoided a dreaded evap replacement, which usually requires removing the dash. Brazzeal's diagnostic report with photos provides clarity with pricing and peace of mind for current and future servicing. Their report was able to identify a valve cover leak, which ended up being an opportune time to include with the oil change. The team is also aware of specific nuances associated with servicing these 4.8s, such as the specific oil replacement level to prevent overfilling and damaging the engine. Brazzeal has saved us and our family thousands across several vehicles by being able to identify what actually needs servicing/replacing compared to broad quotes elsewhere. Their shop is extremely clean as well. Highly recommend. We will be returning to Brazzeal for all our future vehicle needs.
