I recently took my car to Brazzeal for evaluation of the brakes and a notable oil leak, as well. They initially provided a quote for both repairs, and I gave them the ok to proceed. But, after further inspection, they found that the oil leak wasn’t as serious as expected and didn’t require the extent of repair as they had originally quoted. Instead of proceeding with unnecessary work, they were completely honest and let me know, ultimately saving me a significant amount of money. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop that prioritizes integrity over profits, and I truly appreciate their transparency and professionalism. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me.
