16-year -old T&C was making a "buzz saw" noise -- plus check engine light kept coming on. Wanted a new place to bring vehicle and their business sign prompted me! They were GREAT with general diagnostic -- they tightened heat shield and gave honest evaluation of catalytic/oxygen sensor. BEST PLACE!

This was an amazing Auto Company they checked my tire for me they gave me a full print out of where I should do in the customer service was outstanding they told me to take my tire back where I just bought it 3 weeks ago and see if they would replace it under the warranty they did not try to just take money from me absolutely exceptional service

This shop is great. Everyone there was super friendly which alone makes them stand out. There prices are fair and they got the job done quickly.. Too me the most important thing was that they really tried to make sure I trusted what they were doing. They sent me pictures of the parts that needed to be replaced before work was done. And after they offered to show me without me asking, the defective motor mounts on my car after they were removed, which I did, and visually showed me what was wrong with them. What more can you ask for? I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We had an encounter with Brazzeal auto shop on Friday July 24, 2026. We were traveling out of town to my father-in-laws memorial service in the Villages Florida. The car was packed full for a special weekend with family. As we came over the bridge from Saint Petersburg a tire warning light came on. Not sure what was going on when we got to the foot of the bridge, we immediately got off on Kennedy Boulevard and stopped at the first auto shop we could find. I am writing this review because we experience something we rarely find from businesses anymore. Great and caring customer service. We had no relationship with this business had an emergency and walked up to one of the employees working outside. We spoke with the young man told him our issue and he immediately offered to check the air pressure on each tire. Everything looked fine and he felt it was possibly a sensor gone bad and offered to check that as well. Once he determined that was the issue and that all four tires were fine for the trip we were on our way. We offered to go inside to the office fill out any necessary paperwork and pay for the service, the employee simply said we didnt have to do that and he was glad he could help us. Although the service didnt take very long, the service he provided was above and beyond. No one does this anymore and especially for free. If this is how the owner and manager train their employees to treat customers we are very impressed. Based on this one unexpected encounter, I would trust my car with this company anytime I had a need. It was hot, we are in our late 60s and on our way to a special family event, taking time to help us and determine we were OK to continue meant the world to us. Thank you Garrett for your help that day and thanks to the managers and owner of the business who would allow an employee to do this. Thats the kind of thing that makes a good business successful.
