Brazzeal Automotive’s reputation for quality service, honesty and professionalism is why I drove 30+ miles for a second opinion on what needed to be fixed with my car’s A/C. I initially took it to a service shop very close to my home. They were certain the refrigerant was contaminated and I was going to need a whole new A/C system. That’s when I took the drive to Brazzeal Automotive. It was after hours and they have a convenient drop-off/pick-up option. I placed my key and some A/C history in the provided envelope. The next morning, I was notified via text that the refrigerant was not contaminated and it passed the purity test. They also advised of no visible leaks so they proceeded to add the proper refrigerant. Of course, they advised to monitor in the event there is a leak with the evaporator. So far, so good. The A/C is blowing out very cold air and I didn’t need an entirely new system. Their checkout process is simple. You can pay by phone, pick up your vehicle and be on your way. I’d highly recommend Brazzeal Automotive, especially for their knowledge and professionalism. It was well worth the drive.

I had a great experience here. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and incredibly responsive. I never felt that they were trying to push anything on me, which I really appreciate. My car doesn’t sound like a screaming cat anymore and it drives great. I also really liked how you can see pictures of everything they inspect and read their recommendations. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here.

I recently got a message in my car that one of my tires was very low. I was headed to a class, but stopped to have air put in and they discovered a screw in my front tire. I was told they were very busy but I could come around 3 and they’d try to work me in. Meanwhile due to other commitments I went to another auto shop. There I was told they won’t put a patch on a noise reduction tire, due to the foam inside tire. They were trying to sell me a new tire! I googled it and there is a way and it wasn’t necessary to purchase a new tire! Thank you to Mike and the service shop for your honest and know how I didn’t get ripped off. Great service!

I didnt plan to go here-until my tire pressure dropped to 11lbs. Despite having no appt, They checked my tire and put on the spare. Even wrapped the old tire in a plastic bag to keep the trunk clean. And there was no charge.
