Logan was incredibly helpful and was able to show me where the nail was and explain what action will be needed to correct and fix the tire. They were precise and handled the car and the situation with care in. I got a price for an install & balance of 4 tires. After price shopping, I found that Brazzeal was a lil more expensive than a couple other shops but Still competitive. I called in the morning, a few days later, and asked if they could get it in if I’d dropped it off about 2:30 and they assured me it could be done. I brought the car there prior to my “appointment”, filled out a new customer form and was told it would be about 3 hours, that they would call me when it was ready. I showed back up about 2 1/2 hours later and my car was just being completed. I asked a few questions about the service and it was really nice to hear input from the 3 guys behind the counter, even the technician was super nice. Even my receipt had pics of the entire car, prior to them working on it, and details about the install and balance. I brought my car there for 1 huge reason: they’ve been in business a very very long time…for a reason. I value quality and a sense of trust & dignity over price, without being pressured for an “up sale”. So now I know where to bring my car and where to refer others where a “good mechanic is”.
