We have used Brazzeal for years. They are super professional and polite. They really have our best interest in mind. They don’t up sell or pressure us at all. I love the system they use to send us pictures and descriptions of the work required. We can then pick and choose what work gets performed. We trust them and have never been disappointed. My car's check low tire pressure message came on. Last time I ignored it my tire blew out on the highway. I called Brazzeal after being told by another tire store to leave the car, they'd get to it "sometime." Brazzeal's service man (Captain) answered my call and said he'd check the tires right away. True to his word, he put air in four low tires and sent me on my way. Brazzeal had excellent on-line reviews, and here is one more. Thanks, Captain.

I have been taking my car to this establishment for 20+ years. Very honest, knowledgable, and want to please the customer. They give you a write up of future items you might need to keep an eye on and check everything when you are there to give you an overall inside look from a mechanic's view.
