I could not be any happier with the customer service, vehicle service, timing, and price. I had not yet established a mechanic since moving to Tampa a few years ago, but could sense the integrity with my very first interaction. Big Bonus: Supporting a small, local business. I’ve used them before and have had great experiences, but the last time was not so hot. Thus the 2 stars. Last visit I went in for an oil change and to have them check on electrical issues with headlights. When I said I wanted them to check on the headlight issues, they asked if I wanted a diagnostic, which I wrongly assumed meant an evaluation of the lighting issue. They did not disclose costs for the diagnostics up front. $280 later, I had an oil change and a 28 page diagnostics report but no fix for the headlights. $100 for an oil change is pretty steep but another $180 for a diagnostics report I didn’t ask for is pretty insane. When I questioned the charges, they shrugged it off. I paid, left, fixed the electrical issue on my own, and am currently looking for a new shop for other fixes.
