My car broke down and I pulled into their parking lot. Although they weren’t going to make money on me because my car would be towed to the dealer, they could not have been more gracious. They invited me into their air-conditioned waiting room, offered ice water to drink, and encouraged me to charge my cell phone while I was waiting for AAA.
