Had an emergency flat tire. Staff helped put my spare on and had a replacement tire ready following day. Great help.

Mike and team were wonderful. Called the shop on Tuesday morning to see if Team Brazzeal could look at my Toyota since she was shaking. Mike told me to get her in as soon as I could. I got there a little after 9am. My vehicle was checked out and the problem diagnosed in under an hour and I had her back by 4:30! Thanks to Mike and the team who worked on my car. No drama, no waiting for parts….just great service like it should be. Thanks again. I’ll be back and will send my friends, family and neighbors your way.

Always a positive experience at Brazzeal’s!

I was pleased with thorough check of my car. They found a deep gash in one of my tires. They didn’t think they could get the tire from their supplier until the next day which meant I would have to bring it back the next day but they made it happen and I didn’t have to bring it back the next day. I wasn’t happy that the tire was not an exact match to the other tires (which no one mentioned) and that my rim was filthy with sticky goo on the tire they changed. Overall I am pleased with the service and would go back again, although I will be looking over my vehicle thoroughly before I drive away next time.
