Went for an alignment on Thursday. Saturday i tried to park on curb. I'm in construction. This isn't new to me or the truck. It made a loud noise and now the steering wheel is crooked. My guess is they didn't tighten something. When i went in the shop the mechanic said everything was tight without taking another look and the manager was clearly going to let the mechanic call the shot. He didn't say a word. Not even when i said I'd take it somewhere else. If you want a place that stands behind their work go somewhere else. Service: Wheel alignment
