Honest, sophisticated mechanics that provide excellent service ranging from routine auto care (oil change, brakes, tires, alignment, suspension) to complicated issues related to the powertrain and increasingly complex electrical and onboard computer issues. I've been taking my cars to these guys for over 7 years, and I can't say enough about how great this place is. I was referred to them initially because I couldn't find anyone that could fix an obscure electrical problem with one of my corvettes. Since then, I take all of my vehicles (and my wife's) to Brazzeal for everything. They are honest to a fault and do business the right way. There have been many times where I drop a car off expecting a major expenditure and they have resolved the issue with little to no expense. Suffice to say, I moved to Riverview 4 years ago and still travel to Tampa for my automotive needs because these guys are that good. 10 out of 10!!! I drove in with a flat tire, and the man behind the desk was courteous, professional, and respectful. He is also responsible for the 2 stars. He informed me the tire repair would take 2-3 hours, which having patched tires, I knew was much longer than is needed. I called in after 4 hours for a status. The man told me the tire was patched but hasn’t been balanced or put back on the car, because the crew went to lunch. It is now 1:30 PM, 4.5 hours later and it still isn’t completed. The people are nice, but my experience with actual service is very poor. Update…. I will modify my review. After speaking with the representative when paying, I do believe this delay was due to miscommunication on my part. I work near this shop which led them to believe I had more time than I did… I’ve updated my stars as well. Service: Tires
